Giveaway - Le Mans Classic Legend 2026

This giveaway is organised by Thorney France (hereinafter "the Organiser") via its social media channels.

The Organiser is giving away 1 prize of 2 tickets to Le Mans Classic Legend 2026, including:

• 2 entries to the event;
• 4 days of access (from 2 to 5 July 2026);
• Paddock access.

The prize does not include travel, accommodation, meals or any other expenses related to attending the event.

The giveaway is open to any adult resident of mainland France.

Entry is free and no purchase is required.

To enter, participants must:

• Follow the Thorney France account;
• Share the giveaway post to their story;
• Tag in the comments the person they wish to attend the event with.

Any incomplete entry or entry that does not meet the stated conditions will be considered void.

One entry per person is allowed.

The giveaway starts on the publication date of the post and ends on 26 June 2026 at 4:00 PM.

Any entry received after this date and time will not be taken into account.

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.

The draw will take place on 26 June 2026 at 4:00 PM.

The winner will be contacted by private message via the social network used to enter.

The winner will have 72 hours from the notification message to reply.

If no reply is received within this time, the Organiser reserves the right to carry out a new draw.

Tickets will be collected directly at the circuit from 2 July 2026, according to the arrangements communicated to the winner.

The prize is personal, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash equivalent.

The Organiser cannot be held responsible in the event of:

• cancellation or modification of the event;
• technical issues preventing entry;
• loss or inability to use the prize for reasons beyond its control.

Any information collected as part of the giveaway is used solely for its management and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

In accordance with applicable regulations, participants have a right of access, rectification and deletion of their data.

This giveaway is in no way managed, sponsored or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

Participants provide their information to the Organiser, not to Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

Entry to the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the giveaway should circumstances require it.
